Arc is an open, EVM-compatible Layer 1 positioned as an economic operating system for payments, FX, tokenized assets, and agentic commerce. Fees are designed to be paid in stablecoins, starting with USDC, with deterministic sub-second finality and opt-in privacy. The network integrates with Circle’s stack including USDC, CCTP, and Gateway. Public materials cite institutional validators such as BlackRock, DTCC, Visa, Mastercard, and Standard Chartered. Validator participation is permissioned; developer access is open.
